Sahaja Yoga Meditation
Your Inner Strength
The practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation teaches you to lean in on your own inner strengths. Just as you have "power of love", "power of compassion", "will power", "determination" and "grit", you have this amazing power to put yourself into a state of quietness, freeing yourself from the chaos of thoughts in your head. Just as no one teaches how to use "will power" to achieve our goals, or the "power of compassion" to be of help to others, or to use the "power of love" to remove conflict and win over people, no one teaches how to use the "power of Kundalini" to bring yourself into the state quietness. Sahaja Yoga meditation teaches you all this and more.
Your Inner Energy, Kundalini
You have this beautiful inner energy that guides you, heals you and nourishes you. Every person has it. Some call it "intuition", others call it "gut feeling", and a few other names. It is the power of Kundalini in you. The guidance from your Kundalini is what gives you that sense "when something does not feel right" or "you got to go do this first" or "I got to get out of here". The healing power of your Kundalini helps you recover from physical ailments, mental stress and emotional trauma. This Kundalini sits deep inside you, in your sacrum bone.
Chakras and Channels
You are a complex being with love, compassion, anger, jealousy, generosity, greed, creativity and a lot more. You have positives and negatives, both. The positives in you are a result of healthy balanced chakras and the negatives are a result of imbalances in these chakras. You have the power to accentuate the positives and abate the negatives. Everyone loves to be around positive, caring people. This ability to manage yourself and grow into a more positive person comes through meditation. Sahaja Yoga technique of meditation teaches you how to identify your positive strengths and use them to overcome your negatives.
What affects our subtle system?
Our subtle system is highly sensitive and can be impacted in both positive and negative ways by our surroundings, the decisions we make, and even our thoughts. Thankfully, any negative imbalances in our chakras can be removed naturally with the nourishment of our own kundalini.
